Cherelle changed her body over the course of 6 months, eating clean and healthy and having a change of lifestyle by being active.
Although Cherelle would recommend training 3-4 times a week she enjoyed it so much she would train almost everyday focusing and conditioning each muscle group per day.Training would consist of high intensity cardio and body weight training.Cherelle said its important to look after your body from within and suggests lots of vitamins,minerals and water to keep the mind, heart and body healthy.
'Its not about being skinny it's about being fit and happy in your skin, don't worry about having a celebrity body, look after yourself and the rest will fall into place'.
