Black Beauty wins Best Beach Body Award at Miss Universe GB 2013

In March 2013, model Cherelle Rose Patterson burst into tears when she won the prestigious title Miss Universe London 2013. She worked hard to achieve her target and when she won the award she also made history by being the first black woman to win the title. 

After winning the title, the 23-year-old went onto compete at the UK finals in June and she came away with a top 5 place and the coveted title of Best Beach Body at Miss Universe 2013 (an event sponsored www.SandstormLuxury.com) .

Cherelle changed her body over the course of 6 months, eating clean and healthy and having a change of lifestyle by being active.

Although Cherelle would recommend training 3-4 times a week she enjoyed it so much she would train almost everyday focusing and conditioning each muscle group per day.Training would consist of high intensity cardio and body weight training.
Cherelle said its important to look after your body from within and suggests lots of vitamins,minerals and water to keep the mind, heart and body healthy.
'Its not about being skinny it's about being fit and happy in your skin, don't worry about having a celebrity body, look after yourself and the rest will fall into place'.

The beauty pageant - Miss Universe - is owned by business magnate Donald Trump.
